List of Documents required for Online Registration All the prospective candidates are advised to keep ready with good quality scanned copies of the following documents (as applicable) for uploading during the online registration process. 1. Passport size Digital Photograph. 2. Secondary School (Class 10th) Mark sheet. 3. Senior Secondary School/PUC-II/Higher Secondary School Mark Sheet or equivalent, if applicable. 4. School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ College Leaving Certificate, if applicable. 5. Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), EWS Certificate (if applicable, issued from the competent authority in GOI format). 6. PWD/PH Certificate for those applying under the differently-abled category (if applicable, issued from the competent authority in GOI format) 7. Certificate of Kashmiri Migrant & Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non- Migrants) for those applying under the Kashmiri Migrant quota (if applicable, issued from the competent authority in GOI format) 8. Certificate(s) as proof of Ward of Defence Category, if applicable. 9. Undertaking form in the case of non-submission of any required Certificates/documents.
